We love to experience connection.
Connection is demonstrated by a pivotal event in our history. After a failed effort to unite the two similar but separate denominations, two local churches from those separate denominations decided to merge. In Lodi, Poplar and Vine Street churches became one. Differences, instead of breaking us apart, became a source of strength and a demonstration of love. Being brothers and sisters in Christ was deemed more important than everything else. And for 33 years, our church has remained on this trajectory of connection.
The unity that we have received through adoption in Christ is given to all those who were once disconnected from God and from His people. So, we invite all those who are disconnected to find that connection with the God who loves you and His people who welcome you.
